Premium Technical Support is provided via e-mail, support forums or remote access to your computer and is paid on a Time and Material basis. We generally bill the time actually spent by our developers on fixing of your issue. But all estimates are pre-agreed with you before fixing the issue, so you have full control over the cost.
The workflow in this case is simple. You submit your request via appropriate product support email (for example, comfyj-support@teamdev.com.) Our support engineers investigate your task and contact you within 1 business day. They may ask you for additional information, provide their estimates or give any other feedback. After their estimate is agreed with you, they start working on your request. After the work is done you are billed for the hours spent on your task.
